WW1 Horse Parade 2015
On 26 July 2015 The Ludlow Concert Band were very honoured to be asked to play for the parade, in remembrance to the sacrifice made by local horses during the WW1 conflict. We played under the Buttercross. Over 70 local horses from the Ludlow Hunt came through the town for a special service in the castle. We will remember them. Despite the rain hundreds of people battled the rain to support the event and applauded the horses as they passed by.
